About the Role:

As an Intern in the Treasury Services team, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring accurate financial processes, collaborating with international teams, and contributing to continuous improvement. If you’re eager to support a key function in a global organization, this is the opportunity for you!

Internship Duration: 3 months, from July to September

What You Will Do:

  • Execute and manage global Treasury processes in a defined area, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Perform quality checks to ensure proper Treasury process execution, in line with framework agreements and/or SLAs.

  • Handle payment runs, including validation and processing for various entities and business units.

  • Analyze and resolve payment exceptions, rejections, and discrepancies.

  • Manage manual payments in the system, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

  • Respond to internal inquiries by providing accurate and detailed information to stakeholders.

  • Support internal and external financial audits, addressing any findings and ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the ongoing development of Treasury services.

Who You Are:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field

  • Previous experience in payments or financial operations is a plus, but not mandatory. A strong interest in understanding financial processes is essential.

  • Familiarity with Office 365 - SAP and ticketing tools are considered an advantage.

  • You are detail-oriented and compliance-focused, able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

  • You are solution-driven and adaptable, capable of handling challenges and finding practical solutions in a dynamic setting.

  • Fluent in English – All applicants are requested to submit their CV in English
