Manufacturing, engineering and IT are areas of our business that have often been typically male-dominated environments. We believe competency has no gender. To increase gender diversity in our workforce, we support female employees who want to develop IT and engineering skills. We also create career development and mentoring programs to empower women for leadership roles. To support this, we promote the reconciliation of work and family life for women and men.
