Essity is market leader with global leading brands such as TENA in the incontinence care segment and Tork in the Away from Home professional hygiene segment. Essity is represented in Italy also by its Nuvenia and Demak’up brands in the feminine care segment, its Libero brand in the diaper segment and its Tempo brand in the consumer tissue segment. Tempo is the market leader within handkerchiefs and the follower in the toilet paper category.

Essity conducts extensive tissue manufacturing that includes toilet paper, kitchen rolls, handkerchiefs and napkins, for both consumers and the AFH segment, in three production sites located in central Italy (Tuscany) in Altopascio (LU), Porcari (LU) and Collodi (PT). Products are sold in the Italian market and in other countries. An important distribution channel for tissue products is retail trade.
