Recognitions and Ratings
Sustainability recognitions and ratings are often results of stakeholder requests of systematic and comparable information. Essity takes pride in responding to stakeholder requests for information from investors, analysts, rating agencies, regulators, NGOs and academia. These requests help us understand the focus areas for different stakeholders and develop our work and reporting.
2022
Essity were awarded “Platinum Medal” in the 2022 Ecovadis CSR Rating. This result places Essity among the top 1% of the companies assessed by Ecovadis.
Essity received silver medal within the category Household Products, and is ranked as one of the 150 most sustainable companies.
2021
Received an "A" for CDP Forests and "A-" for CDP Climate 2021.
Essity has been recognized as one of the world’s 100 most sustainable companies in 2021 by Corporate Knights.
