GO! Manufacturing Program

Each element of the GO! Manufacturing Program is designed to equip you with the skills, experience, and knowledge needed to excel in our global Manufacturing sites. Here's what you can expect:

Defined Career Path
  • The program will equip you for a successful career at Essity, and to get you ready for your final position after the program.
  • After 9 months, you will be a Process Engineer at one of our exciting sites.
  • You'll be given responsibility and meaningful assignments from day one.
Rotational Experience
  • You will have the opportunity to train in one of our Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) School, e.g. at our Hoogezand site in the Netherlands.
Duration & Onboarding
  • 9-month program with a dedicated focus on onboarding and continuous skill development.
Mentorship
  • Structured support through line manager guidance and mentorship.
