Program details

You begin with a defined career path and immediate responsibilities, developing through tailored learning plans, technical training and leadership programs. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams in more than 60 countries and grow with guidance from experienced mentors.

  • Duration: 9–24 months, depending on the track (Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing).
  • Rotations: Opportunities to explore different roles and functions to gain a broad understanding of Essity’s business.

Who we are looking for

We welcome graduates with a university degree (Bachelor or Master), up to 24 months of work experience, and a passion for making a difference in Marketing, Sales or Manufacturing. Business fluency in English is required.
