Key Account Manager (e-commerce)
About the role
Currently for Personal Care Business Unit we are looking for self-driven, result and customer-oriented Key Account Manager who will support our e-commerce channel. This is a 2 years fixed term maternity cover contract.
What You Will Do:
Full scope Key Account Manager tasks in relation with e-retailers in Hungary
Responsible for customer tracking in Online Store Checker system as KAM (eg. OOS)
Participating in regional Sales Network
Support KAMs with specific e-commerce knowledge what useable and practicable for multichannel retailers
Execution of the Essity CG Strategy based on actively used GTMA Blueprints tools and processes
Co-operation with CG organization in order to achieve development plans with Essity Partners
Managing price and product mix assortment
Support growth according to Essity ambitions and goals
Frequency of visits and good relationships with e-retailers
Generate knowledge on market development/customer needs and competitor activities and distribute to internal stakeholders, react on them
Account Receivable management
Effective utilization of the online marketing possibilities, promotions activities
Punctual and accurate reports and required analysis and documentations
Frequently analyze customer information to discover and manage business risks and opportunities
Internal ESSITY co-operation in relation to international e-retailers
Active participation in the ESSITY training and programs combined with individual self-development activities
Proper representation of ESSITY towards e-retailers and creation of positive attitude to ESSITY on the whole market
Care for and proper use of ESSITY tools and materials
Continuously searching for new ideas and solutions to support ESSITY growth
Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with e-retailers to promote brand awareness and secure profitable business.
Develop, implement and monitor customer specific sales processes and account plans to meet/exceed sales targets.
Drive contract negotiations including terms and conditions, product offers and purchasing pricing in line with overall product and pricing strategies.
Participate in special local or regional project work.
Who You Are
Min. 2-3 years of experience in FMCG or retail roles involving pricing, customer marketing, or key account management
Knowledge of structured commercial environments with strong promotional planning
Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or similar field
Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
