About the Role
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing initiatives that support business growth, strengthen brand positioning, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Working closely with marketing, sales, global stakeholders, and agency partners, you will lead integrated digital campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and commercial results across Australia and New Zealand.
This role offers the opportunity to influence digital strategy, optimize customer journeys, and champion continuous improvement across multiple channels and platforms.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage and optimize website content and performance, including SEO and SEM initiatives.
Create, execute, and maintain an engaging digital content calendar.
Lead end-to-end digital campaigns focused on customer acquisition and lead generation.
Manage social media channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
Drive email marketing strategy, content creation, and database management using Mailchimp.
Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Track competitor activity and emerging digital trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage relationships with digital agencies to maximize campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
Support Amazon Advertising campaigns and collaborate with sales teams on Vendor Central product management.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and seamless customer experiences.
Champion digital best practices and align local activities with global digital marketing strategies.
Who You Are
You are a proactive digital marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
At least 5 years' experience in digital marketing with a strong track record in paid and organic digital strategies.
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
Experience developing and executing digital communication and marketing strategies.
Demonstrated success managing website enhancements, optimization, or redevelopment projects.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make commercially sound recommendations.
Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns and measuring performance outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
High levels of resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving capability.
