  • Lead commercial workstreams for global and local cross-functional projects

Who You Are

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles within the CPG industry.

  • Strong expertise in product commercialization, forecasting, data analysis, GTM strategy, and process improvement.

  • Proven ability to execute product launches, manage SKU lifecycles, and ensure retail readiness.

  • Experience leading sales forecasting (monthly/quarterly) and aligning with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.

  • Proficiency in syndicated data analysis (e.g., Nielsen, IRI/Circana) to identify trends and growth opportunities.

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP, CRM, and demand planning systems preferred.

  • Preferred background in trade marketing, sales strategy, or account management.
