About the Role
As a Business Logistics Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting commercial and operational processes while working closely with cross-functional teams. This role provides valuable exposure to business administration, sales data analysis, and logistics coordination.
You will contribute to maintaining smooth day-to-day operations by supporting data consolidation, assisting with reporting, and helping manage business systems. It’s an exciting opportunity to develop your analytical mindset while learning how global business operations function in a collaborative environment.
What You Will Do
- Data Management: Consolidate and maintain sales information to support reporting and decision-making
- Database Maintenance: Update and manage product catalogs, including tissue and personal hygiene categories
- Administrative Support: Assist with documentation, data entry, and daily business tasks
- Reporting Support: Help prepare reports and analyze business data using Excel and Power BI
- Project Assistance: Support ongoing commercial and logistics projects across teams
- Stakeholder Support: Assist in preparing information for internal and external stakeholders
- Operational Support: Ensure accuracy of records and contribute to efficient daily operations
Who You Are
- Currently studying a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field
- Some experience or academic exposure to data analysis or business administration
- Proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Power BI is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, organization, self-driven mindset, and eagerness to learn and collaborate
- Advanced level of English
