About the Role
In this role, you will support Essity’s Future Ready insights agenda by helping pilot, test, and operationalize new tools, methodologies, and ways of working in insight generation. Working closely with global stakeholders, you will contribute to innovation, capability building, and the adoption of scalable solutions that enhance the speed, quality, and relevance of insights across the organization.
You will act as a connector between external innovation and internal needs—supporting pilots, capturing learnings, and helping translate emerging trends into practical applications. This is an execution‑focused role with global exposure, ideal for someone motivated by learning, experimentation, and collaboration in a fast‑evolving insights landscape.
What You Will Do
Insights Innovation Support: Contribute to the design and coordination of pilots for new insight tools, platforms, methodologies, and AI‑enabled solutions—supporting their adoption and scalability rather than owning execution end‑to‑end.
External Scanning: Continuously monitor external trends, partners, and emerging methodologies to identify opportunities and inform strategic direction.
Evaluation & Learning Capture: Structure and synthesize learnings from pilots and external exploration, helping translate them into clear recommendations for scale and adoption.
Agency & Partner Assessment: Support structured evaluation of partners and service models, contributing inputs to decision-making frameworks rather than managing procurement or delivery.
Capability Building: Contribute to capability enablement by creating and sharing learning materials, examples, and best practices that support adoption across teams.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a connector across stakeholders, helping align innovation initiatives with business needs and ensuring clarity in how new approaches create value.
Governance & Standards: Work within global governance frameworks, supporting consistency and alignment rather than executing processes independently.
Who You Are
A university degree in marketing, business, analytics, social sciences, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in insights, market research, analytics, innovation support, or related roles, ideally gained across global or regional contexts within a matrix or multinational environment.
Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with awareness of innovative insight approaches such as DIY research platforms, AI-powered research tools, synthetic respondents, agile communities, behavioral observation, passive data, social listening, advanced analytics, and automated insight synthesis.
Hands-on experience working with new technologies and innovative insight generation tools, with the curiosity and pragmatism to test, evaluate, and translate them into scalable business applications.
Comfortable working in multicultural teams and engaging stakeholders across functions, markets, and levels of seniority in a global business environment.
Curious, analytical, and collaborative, with strong learning agility, structured thinking, and the confidence to interact with external partners and internal stakeholders
Able to drive change and engagement by challenging current beliefs, behaviours, and approaches constructively, while bringing others along through clear communication and collaboration
Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate clearly in a global setting.
