Manufacturing Systems Specialist

Join us in transforming operations through modern digital technologies, advanced manufacturing systems, and data‑driven decision‑making.

What You Will Do

Ensure the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing digital systems across the mill, acting as the primary bridge between IT-OT, and Operations.

The role supports key manufacturing processes, enables Industry 4.0 initiatives, and secures the delivery of non‑financial KPIs such as OEE through robust systems, data integrity, and user support.

  • Ensure accurate delivery of OEE.

  • Serve as a key connection point between IT and mill operations, ensuring the stability, reliability, and continuity of critical manufacturing systems.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams. (Operations - IT - Quality - Finance - Planning).

  • Deliver timely assistance to internal users through incident resolution, requirement management, and clear, customer‑focused communication.

  • Bridge theory and technology with on‑the‑floor execution to deliver measurable value in the mill.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Control, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing environments / manufacturing systems.

Change‑management capability — able to support, lead, and adapt to process, system, or organizational changes smoothly.

Skills.

  • Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES - ERP) ISA 95 Level3

  • OPC Server/Client / TSDB

  • Experienced ISA 95 L2 (highly desirable).

  • Familiarity with SAP R3 PP MM and Power BI data models (highly desirable).

  • Strong accountability, ownership and collaboration skills and a willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.

  • Analytical mindset and problem‑solving.

  • Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams & effectively across all organizational levels.

  • Customer‑oriented service.
