About the Role
This role supports various administrative and business processes while gaining practical experience in commercial operations. This role provides foundational exposure to office management, customer support, and business administration tasks.
What You Will Do
Assist with daily administrative business tasks such as filing, document preparation, and data entry.
Support business activities, including handling inquiries and preparing information for internal and external stakeholders.
Work with the business team to process orders, invoices, and basic reporting tasks.
Help maintain accurate records and update internal systems or databases.
Participate in internal projects and collaborate with different departments as part of the training program.
Learn and apply company procedures, compliance standards, and commercial workflows.
General support in operational and administrative tasks that enhance customer experience and improve area efficiency.
Who You Are
You are currently studying a university degree in any business/commercial area.
You are, at least, 1 year and a half of finishing your degree.
You are available to work a part time shift during the mornings.
Strong interest in business administration and commercial processes.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication skills and willingness to work with various teams.
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and develop new skills.
Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
