About the Role
What You Will Do
- Marketing Strategy Execution: Define and implement activation plans aligned with regional strategy and local market needs.
- Campaign Localization: Adapt global campaigns into relevant, impactful local activations across markets.
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Lead product launches and execute go-to-market strategies ensuring strong market entry and adoption.
- Performance Management: Define KPIs, track performance, and optimize activities to drive growth and profitability.
- Market Insights & Analysis: Generate and analyze market, customer, and competitive insights to inform decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with commercial, clinical, and regional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Budget & Business Management: Manage marketing investments, monitor results, and contribute to overall business performance.
Who You Are
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field, ideally with exposure to healthcare.
- 5–10 years of experience in marketing, activation, or commercial roles within healthcare, medical devices, pharma, or OTC environments.
- Proven experience managing projects across markets and working in B2B or institutional environments.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and project execution skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and adapt to changing environments.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
