The second day of the Forum forms an integral part of the overall programme and is designed to ground strategic discussions in Essity’s operational reality. All suppliers will take part in a curated site visit on 28 May, providing shared context on Essity’s manufacturing environment, priorities and challenges.
A small number of suppliers will be scheduled into confidential 1:1 meetings during this time. Suppliers invited to 1:1 discussions will receive individual confirmation and guidance in advance.

1. Who is this event for?
Strategic and high-impact suppliers whose ideas and capabilities can shape future innovation, sustainability and growth at Essity.

2. Will the sessions be confidential?
Yes. Certain deep-dive and pitch discussions will be held in closed rooms to allow for open, non-competitive dialogue.

3. What is planned for day 2?
On 28 May, all suppliers will participate in a structured site visit, designed to provide shared insight into Essity’s operations and enable more grounded, practical collaboration discussions.
A small number of suppliers will instead be scheduled into confidential 1:1 meetings with Essity teams during this time. Those suppliers will be contacted directly with details.

4. Will there be any additional sessions beyond 27 May?
Some suppliers may be invited to take part in a small number of confidential 1:1 discussions on 28 May, focused on deepening specific collaboration opportunities.
