Essity Share Buyback Program
Essity’s ambition is to use share buybacks as a recurring component of the Group’s capital allocation. On April 24, 2025, a second program was initiated to buy back Class B shares in Essity for SEK 3bn. The program extends until the 2026 Annual General Meeting at the latest, and the repurchased shares are expected to be cancelled.
