Elena Tabares, IT DirectorInternal Digital Experience, is leading a team of 40 people and 11 different nationalities aiming to enable coworkers in 60+ countries to communicate and collaborate efficiently together to offer a best-in-class digital employee experience. Elena will lead us through the internal digitalization journey of Essity and share her success story about how she and her team managed to develop new innovative digital solutions for blue collar employees during the Covid-19 pandemic.
