  • Maintain high data accuracy in master data and document standard operating procedures.

  • Participate in Integrated Tactical Planning (ITP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), new product development (NPD), and supply chain projects.

  • Proactively manage low or out-of-stock situations using system alerts and stock cover tools.

  • Liaise with DCs and suppliers to ensure inventory integrity and timely stock movement.

  • Generate and execute purchase plans to meet customer service targets above 98%.

  • Identify supply risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Support inventory reporting, audits, and planning during resource-constrained periods.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply capabilities and reduce waste.

  • Ensure compliance with OH&S, environmental, and quality standards.

Who You Are:

You’re a detail-oriented and analytical supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You bring a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for solving problems and driving results.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning within large FMCG or manufacturing environments.

  • Strong knowledge of supply planning systems and advanced Excel skills (Power BI is a plus).

  • Solid understanding of end-to-end demand and supply planning processes.

  • Familiarity with S&OP and supply chain planning concepts.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve ambiguity, and work under pressure.

  • Strong numerical and data accuracy skills.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Experience in production planning, distribution, or inventory control.

  • Proficiency in SAP, APO, or S/4HANA.

  • Project management certification or experience.

  • Training in spreadsheet modeling, Oliver Wight Class A, or MRPII (e.g., CPIM).
