Site Manager Compression Therapy for Châtellerault

Essity, a global hygiene and health leader, seeks a driven Site Manager to lead operations at a key manufacturing location. You'll own production, quality, service, safety, and cost performance, managing all related functions.

Crucially, you'll drive continuous improvement and collaborate with business stakeholders to fuel innovation. Reporting to the VP Product Supply Medical, you'll be a key member of the global supply leadership team. Essity's portfolio includes leading brands like Actimove®, Cutimed®, and TENA®, providing advanced medical solutions.

What you will do:

• Lead site operations, achieving safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Manage P&L/budget and ensure compliance
• Drive operational excellence through lean manufacturing (TPM) and continuous improvement. Develop team capabilities
• Lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration on innovation projects
• Foster a high-performance culture through strong leadership and team motivation

Who you are:

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)

• Over 10 years of experience in Operations, including 6+ years as a Site Manager, with a background in production or supply chain roles

• Proven success leading strategic sites, driving continuous improvement (TPM, Lean, automation)

• Strong leadership and collaboration skills in matrix organizations.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
