About the Role
Legacy Converting, part of Essity Professional Hygiene North America, is seeking an experienced Team Leader (Salaried Supervisor) at our manufacturing facility in Bordentown, NJ.

What You Will Do
- Uphold Essity’s Beliefs and Behaviors.
- Ensure the safety performance of employees and serve as a role model. Promote a safe work culture, identify and correct safety hazards and unsafe acts, and take timely action. Have daily contact with employees regarding safety.
- Oversee shift performance, including productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost control. Establish priorities and encourage continuous improvement using the zero loss flowchart. Identify needs and measure items impacting productivity. Ensure accurate reporting of performance KPIs.
- Communicate expectations to employees and evaluate performance. Share knowledge and ensure its transfer within the team.
- Enforce company policies consistently. Participate in training and development of new employees.
- Direct, coach, and train employees to improve skills and stimulate growth. Ensure team members have the necessary education and training.
- Build relationships and promote open communication, creative thinking, and teamwork.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
- Able to work 12-hour shifts on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field is helpful but not required.
- Five years of manufacturing operational experience.
- Strong coaching skills.
- Ability to identify problems and implement solutions.
- Good planning, organizing, and prioritizing skills.
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing best practices and improvement processes.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Expected Compensation: $71,000 - $89,300 annual salary + annual incentive bonus + benefits.
- Pay may vary based on knowledge, skills, and experience.
