Master Data Steward Intern
About the Role
Supports the GBS Master Data Services Supplier Master Team acting as a data steward for all Essity office sites and select production sites, resolving end user requests and/or issues with the creation and maintenance of Suppliers. This position would assist in special projects as needed, and will work to secure efficiency in the Supplier creation process working with Master Data Coordinators, Global Procurement and Accounts Payable
What You Will Do
Support and execute the actions of the GBS Master Data Services Supplier Master Team which includes:
Dispatch, track, report and resolve end user requests and/or issues in the Supplier Master process
Assist stakeholders in requests related to the creation of new suppliers or the update of existing suppliers
Special projects as needed
Secure input from other departments / stakeholders for accurate and timely resolution of issues
Contribute to process improvement projects and give input to central led projects
Interfaces with Global Procurement, Accounts Payable, Financial Services, Master Data and Controlling.
Provide end user training as needed
