Brand Manager Feminine Care Adriatics
We are currently looking for a Brand Manager Feminine Care Adriatics (Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, North Macedonia) for our Consumer Goods business unit.
About the Role
As Brand Manager Feminine Care, you are responsible for our market leader brand Libresse in Adriatic Countries (focus on Croatia and Serbia).
You are responsible for adapting the Global initiatives, transforming them into 360° marketing plans. All activation strategies on brand, channel and product level should be in accordance with global strategies and marketing priorities and are based on a strong sustainability foundation.
Key priority is to ensure Libresse’s constant growth in the respective markets. You are not only coordinating product launches and innovations, activating our ATL and digital communication, but also managing the interfaces with other functions: sales, customer marketing, customer service, local distributors.
The position reports to the Senior Brand Manager Intimate Hygiene SEE.
What You will do:
Shape and communicate company vision & mission and translate the company brand elements into effective plans and applicable market strategies, to achieve brand awareness and market share objectives.
Develop and execute Go-to-Marketing plan for Libresse brand / channel / product, for the area of responsibility in line with global requirements and other relevant marketing strategies and plans, in alignment with sales and customer marketing.
Manage product launch process (incl. post-launch) according to agreed plan and within assigned budget. Maintain records of sales volume, revenues and advertising costs and analyze them against forecasts.
Main contact for external agencies (Digital, Design, Media, PR); keep close collaboration & ensure high performance and engagement with our brand.
Collect and analyze data on market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the brand.
Collect and analyze data on product performance and customer feedback to identify brand/product/service features that need to be changed to meet consumer needs.
Manage assigned A&P budget, ensure monthly tracking and annual budgeting.
Who you are:
University or college degree in Economics/Marketing
Min 3-5 years of proven successful experience in Brand Marketing, preferably in FMCG
Solid marketing knowledge (brand and consumer, 7Ps analysis, market data analysis, digital savvy)
Experience in project management, driving initiatives via collaboration in a matrix organization.
Deep understanding and usage of the digital marketing tools is an advantage (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads/Search Console)

Problem solving oriented, good organizational skills, ability to pay attention to details
Strategic and analytical thinking partnered with a creative mind
Decision making & able to react fast to changing environment
Fluent in English
