As a Master Data Coordinator, you’ll be the guardian of our data, ensuring its accuracy and quality. You’ll collaborate with various teams, streamline data processes, and communicate changes effectively. Your expertise will help shape our data strategy and support critical analysis. What You Will Do
Utilize SAP system to create, maintain and delete vendor & customer master data accurately and in a timely manner.
Perform data validation to ensure data quality.
Work within the ticketing system, solving issues and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Coordinate with relevant departments and business functions to ensure accurate data collection and processing.
Communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
Document business processes for related master data and ensure processes are followed accordingly.
Participate in and/or provide input to relevant networks to improve the master data process and support agreed activities, including the remaining master data service line.
Support others with master data expertise by providing master data process trainings.
Provide data to support related analysis.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in business administration and Logistics (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Information Systems or Supply Chain, with a strong focus on material master data and related processes.
Experience in SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) for material masters, vendor, and customers, and MS office Tools.
Knowledge of Master Data Management.
Good analytical, organizational and communication skills.
Strong team player, work collaboratively and support colleagues.
