Pricing & Revenue Manager DACH

Professional Hygiene Business Unit

Location: preferable Warsaw (PL) or Mannheim (DE)

About the Role:

As a Pricing & Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all pricing and revenue activities specific to the DACH cluster within Regional Central, in close collaboration with the Business Unit Pricing and Revenue Team.

Business Unit Professional Hygiene, with the global brand Tork, is a market leader within the Away-from Home segment. The Tork brand offers professional hygiene products and services to customers ranging from restaurants and healthcare facilities to offices, schools and industries. Products include dispensers, paper towels, toilet tissue, soap, napkins, and industrial and kitchen wipers. What You Will Do:

  • In alignment with Regional Pricing Strategy creates pricing strategies by product, channel, and end-customer (segments or types) for respective local cluster including assessing viability of strategy vs. market expectations

  • Ensure all pricing strategies are implemented into the cluster and governance followed

  • Develop price forecasting initiatives which provide business insights on value to price increases and monthly price decisions

  • Implement GTM initiatives within the cluster to standardize global price strategies

  • Collaborate and proactively provide pricing expertise, reports, recommendations to the areas of Sales, Marketing, Business Development, eCommerce, and Global Hygiene Category

  • Contributes to the enhancement of pricing processes to optimize team efficiencies and enhance support to the business

  • Utilize market analysis, pricing principles, and risk management techniques to develop short-term business proposals and price strategies for each channel of market

  • Support ad-hoc needs of local sales leadership 

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or Financial field

  • Experience in pricing related role in a commercial organization

  • Fluent English and German

  • Analytical and planning skills

  • Working through a matrix organization

  • Excellent communication and confident presenting skills

  • Proactive, able to take the lead with initiative

  • Adaptable to change, and able to move change processes through

  • IT systems (Excel, Power query, Power BI, SAP, pricing software tools, CPQ)

  • You can travel up to 10-15%/ month
