About the Role
We are looking for a trainee to give active support to Customer Marketing department for all categories (Tissue, Incontinence, Cotton Pads). This role requires active participation on key projects, contribute to the implementation of Category Management and Shopper Marketing initiatives. Key resource on Business intelligence, updating and analyzing KPI’s

What You Will Do
Constant market data analysis with external and internal data (Nielsen, Retailer’s sell-out, sell-in…) and category KPI´s follow up (national and regional, offline and online) focused on distribution, promotion and visibility.
Support for Category management projects and distribution plans
Support for Shopper Marketing initiatives (i.e. brand momentums)
Develop and manage PoS materials to support innovations and generate in store activations
Keep a strong collaboration with the main stakeholders: Marketing, Sales, Field Sales Force
Who You Are
Economics or Marketing Degree
Pack office Advanced Level in Excel
Fluent in Spanish and English
Analytics Skills
Team worker
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Good team player, able to work in multi-functional projects.
Organized and able to manage and meet deadlines and multitask daily activities
