About the role
This position is limited to 1 year as maternity leave cover.
What you will do
Monthly closing and deviation analysis incl. follow-up of KPI development and driving corrective actions
Work together with the GBS and IT stakeholders to provide Budget, Forecast and a regular performance outlook
Support decision making process with financial calculation for respective stakeholders
Challenge and provide full value chain insights to the GBS and IT stakeholders, and act as Business Partner with a holistic perspective in order to capture stakeholders needs

University degree in business/economics or equivalent with a minimum 2-3 years of professional experience within Finance & Controlling
Experience with working in an international environment and Business mindset and acumen
Excellent analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel, SAP, BW and PowerBI preferred
Excellent networking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, lead and influence people across different disciplines, cultures and positions
The passion to take strong ownership and ambitiously deliver on or beyond agreed goals and aspirations
Effective English communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to talk to all levels of the organization and across different cultural backgrounds
