A big part of that is talking to you. We’re always ready to hear what you’ve got to say and every complaint or opinion is important to us. 

If we receive a complaint, we handle it straight away to check the severity of the complaint and work out the best way to fix it. If the complaint level is high, a team of product safety and medical experts is assembled within 48 hours to put the problem right. If – rarely – a product has a safety flaw and needs to be taken off the shelves, we let the relevant authorities know and plan and execute a recall. 

We always make sure you are kept in the loop throughout this process and everything we learn helps shape the way our products are made in the future so they’re safer for you.
