In 2017, Essity committed to donate 1.2 million period products every year to help combat period poverty. The commitment was extended in 2020 and again in 2022 and we continue to donate Bodyform pads today.

In 2022, Essity made a formal pledge to donate 1 million toilet rolls every year to the network of thousands of charities that receive donations through In Kind Direct. The first donation of 52,000 toilet rolls was made in October 2022 and will continue on regular basis to help ensure the most vulnerable in society can always access everyday essential hygiene products.
