For the issue of bonds in the European debt capital markets, Essity has a Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme with a framework amount of EUR 6,000m (SEK 70,830m). At June 30th 2023, SEK 46,318m was outstanding under the programme with an average term of 4,5 years. Of this amount SEK 2,000m was private placements and SEK 44,318m public bonds.
Essity’s short term loan programmes comprise a Swedish commercial paper programme with a framework amount of SEK 15,000m and a Belgian commercial paper programme with a framework amount of EUR 1,200m (SEK 14,166m). At June 30th 2023, the outstanding amounts within these programs were SEK 2,345m and SEK 9,326m, respectively.
