For the issue of bonds in the European debt capital markets, Essity has a Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme with a framework amount of EUR 6,000m (SEK 65,482m). At September 30th 2022, SEK 48,054m was outstanding under the programme with an average term of 4,4 years. Of this amount SEK 1,400m was private placements and SEK 46,654m public bonds. 

Essity’s short term loan programmes comprise a Swedish commercial paper programme with a framework amount of SEK 15,000m and a Belgian commercial paper programme with a framework amount of EUR 1,200m (SEK 13,096m). At September 30th 2022, the outstanding amounts within these programs were SEK 1,854m and SEK 7,214m, respectively.
